Join us on Wednesday 12th November for a unique listening event, designed to capture the essence and ambience of the unparalleled listening spaces of Japan’s ‘jazu kissa’.
Doors open from 7pm and the event begins at 7.30pm, so please be prompt. No entry will be allowed after 7.30pm.

November is a month for celebrating all things TOKYO JAZZ JOINTS. From its origins in Sound Advice in 2021, November 2025 marks the third anniversary of Philip Arneill’s Japanese jazz-kissa inspired immersive listening event finding its spiritual home in Rattlebag. To mark the occasion, our Late Night Art re.mix.er event will launch on November 6th with a selection of pieces from Philip’s acclaimed documentary project. This will be followed by not one, but two intimate listening experiences on both November 12th (as part of the Sound of Belfast festival) and on November 26th.
