Going Green

Bullitt have been awarded a bronze accreditation by Green Tourism and we are working towards achieving Silver and Gold.

The Green Tourism awards certification programme recognises the commitment of tourism businesses which are actively working to become more sustainable. Green Tourism awards are acknowledged worldwide as an indicator of good environmentally-friendly practice. They champion people, places and the planet and act as a hallmark of ‘green quality’

Guardians of the Grub

We are proud to be an official supporter of the Guardians of the Grub, a united collective from across the Hospitality and Food Service sector whose sole aim is to reduce food waste within our industry. As a supporter, we have pledged to reduce food waste across the hotel and to help raise public awareness of their cause.

We’re serious about our beef at Taylor & Clay Grill. That’s why all of our cuts are sourced from the award-winning Lisdergan Meats.

At Lisdergan Meats, all of their beef is flax fed and sustainably farmed for natural goodness and flavour.
