Taking inspiration from a chosen theme, our chefs curate a delectable six-course menu using the very best in local ingredients and accompanied by a bottomless supply of Inedit. Created by Damm’s master brewers, Michelin-starred chef Ferran Adrià, and his team of sommeliers, Inedit is specially brewed to pair perfectly with a wide variety of culinary creations.
We keep the menu under wraps until the night when all is revealed by our chefs as they guide you through each course, cooked to perfection on our bespoke Asador Grill.
This intimate event is seated right at the Taylor & Clay counter for a front-row view of the action so has a very limited number of seats available.
