Then our monthly Chef’s Table with Inedit Damm is right up your street.
Taking inspiration from a chosen theme, our chefs curate a delectable six-course menu using the very best in local ingredients and accompanied by a bottomless supply of Inedit. Created by Damm’s master brewers, Michelin-starred chef Ferran Adrià, and his team of sommeliers, Inedit is specially brewed to pair perfectly with a wide variety of culinary creations.
We keep the menu under wraps until the night when all is revealed by our chefs as they guide you through each course, cooked to perfection on our bespoke Asador Grill.
This intimate event is seated right at the Taylor & Clay counter for a front-row view of the action so has a very limited number of seats available.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Taylor & Clay will hit the spot whether you’re after a sneaky snack or a full-on feast
PLEASE NOTE ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FOR OUR INSIDE BAR AND MUST INCLUDE FOOD.
All bookings prior to 9pm are for a period of 1 hour 45 minutes. Tables after 9pm can be kept for the duration of the night.
OUR OUTSIDE GARDEN BAR IS NON-BOOKABLE AND TABLES ARE ALLOCATED UPON ARRIVAL.
