Bullitt does not offer refunds on tickets purchased in advance of our events.
Each department of the hotel has a dedicated age policy and dress code. Please contact the hotel directly if you require further information.
Bullitt Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards 1 day prior to arrival for first night’s stay. Not applicable for pre-paid packages or room rates which have payment taken at time of booking. Bullitt Hotel reserves the right to ask for a further pre-authorisation at check-in for the total accommodation stay, plus a deposit for incidentals.
A pre-authorisation will place the requested amount in a holding state and temporarily reduce the holder’s credit limit. This is NOT a transaction charge. All charges should be settled in full upon departure. Please refer to your banking provider for more details.
Pin verification is required at all times when using a debit or credit card. Where the card holder is not present, details must be provided via telephone and processed through our 3D secure payment facilities.

Please note that if you do not agree your competition in advance with the Marketing department, you may be asked to remove your Bullitt Hotel prize with immediate effect. Third-party use of Bullitt Hotel branding without hotel authorisation is prohibited.
