Hey Palu x Rattlebag – Industry Talk & Pop-up
Join us at Rattlebag as we welcome the award-winning Hey Palu – one of Edinburgh’s most celebrated cocktail bars, for a one-night-only guest pop-up!
Owners Alex and Rachel Palumbo will host an exclusive industry talk (5.30pm–7pm), focusing on “Why to open a bar?” – through the reasons you should or should not, discussing the financial implications, and the reality of what it takes to run one of the UK’s Top 5 Cocktail Bars.
After the talk, the bar opens to the public as Hey Palu takes over the Rattlebag bar, bringing their signature Italian Aperitivo style and love for modern classic cocktails. Expect impeccable drinks and a rare chance to experience Hey Palu right here in Belfast.
Tickets for the industry talk are available now. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to The Drinks Trust. Walk-ins welcome from 7pm.
